So, if you hold your property for at least 3 years, we guarantee to buy it back from you for the current market price, or 10% more than you paid for it, whichever is greater.
Actual Real Estate

Our company develops and operates luxury boutique hotels. We divide each room into 10 shares of co-ownership. You can buy as little as 1 share, or you can buy 10 shares and own the entire room. When you buy all or part of a room, you are registered with the government as the full and outright owner of the real estate. For example, if you buy 1 share of a hotel room that is 50 square meters, then you are registered as the outright owner of 5 square meters of property. If you buy all 10 shares of the same 50 meter hotel room, you are registered as the outright owner of 50 square meters of real estate.
How much do I earn?

We divide all earnings by the total income generated by each type of room in the hotel. Let's say a hotel has 10 Standard rooms and you own 8 shares of a Standard room. You will earn 8% of the income generated by ALL Standard rooms in the hotel. When you invest in rental property, you normally earn only when your unit is occupied. When you invest with us, you often earn money even when your property is empty.
Free Vacation Nights
Every year you get 3 free days for each share you own. You can use them to stay with us in any of our hotels, any time you wish. And, of course you will enjoy all the amenities we offer. If you want to stay longer, you get a 20% discount on normal nightly rates.
