Building and Location
Ruebush Gardens Hotel is situated a few minutes walk from the entrance of the world famous Batumi Botanical Gardens. Lush sub-tropical nature surrounds the property and one of the best beaches in Ajara is a stone's throw away.
The hotel is developed and operated by Ruebush Hospitality Group, a leader in the hotel industry in Batumi. Since 2013 we have managed 9 out of 10 of the most profitable properties in Batumi.
The hotel is planned to open in 2024 and is projected to return 12-18% yearly ROI to hotel room investors. We are constructing most of the building ourselves but sometime utilizing sub-contractors when they can provide better quality or experience. We have completed the foundation, sub-floor, and ground floor of the building. In early 2022 we plan to implement live video feeds so you can monitor the construction progress in real-time.
